Where this started
I'm Bryan Dudek, founder of Fleet Builder Solutions. Before this was a company, it was my day job: spec'ing, procuring, building, and managing vehicles for a large municipal police department — the marked units, the upfits, the warning lighting, the multi-year budgets, and everything that has to line up before a vehicle ever hits the street.
That work taught me where fleets quietly lose time and money: rushed specs, mismatched equipment, upfits that don't hold up, and capital budgets that don't get planned until it's too late. I started Fleet Builder Solutions to fix that — to give agencies and businesses one place to design, outfit, and manage their fleets the right way.

What we do is make sure it's done right — the specs, the equipment, and the plan — and because we stay deeply involved in the industry, when it's time to turn wrenches we can refer you to an upfitter we know and trust.

I'm into overlanding and off-roading, building custom vehicles, and race cars. I like pushing the envelope on what a build can be: creating new setups, trying things that haven't been done before, and staying hands-on with the industry rather than watching from the sidelines.
That mindset carries straight into how I approach fleets. I don't just want a vehicle that checks the boxes — I want it built better than it had to be.
