We supply vehicle upfitting and fleet equipment, including LED and auxiliary lighting, warning and emergency lighting, switch panels, and related accessories, as well as fleet consulting services. All products are subject to availability. Many items ship directly from our manufacturers or distributors, and availability may change without notice.

2. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Certain brands we carry are sold at manufacturer-set minimum advertised prices. While we work to ensure accuracy, pricing or product errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order arising from such an error, even after an order has been submitted.

 

3. Orders and Acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled items.

Many products require proper installation and wiring. Professional installation is recommended. You are responsible for correct installation and for the safe and lawful use of all products purchased.

 

8. Warning and Emergency Lighting - Legal Use

Certain products we sell, including red, blue, and other colored warning or emergency lights, are subject to federal, state, and local laws that restrict their sale, installation, and use to authorized vehicles and personnel. It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with all laws applicable to the purchase, installation, and use of these products in your jurisdiction. Fleet Builder Solutions sells these products for lawful use only and assumes no liability for unauthorized or unlawful use.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleet Builder Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
