How the engagement works
What's included in the Fleet Assessment & Setup?
A complete vehicle database built from your fleet, a five-year replacement plan and leveled budget, a cash-vs-finance analysis for upcoming replacements, written recommendations, and a custom monthly inspection form. It's the foundation everything else runs on.
How is pricing scaled to my fleet?
The one-time assessment starts at $3,500 and is priced by fleet size — 1–15, 16–40, and 41–100 vehicles. Membership starts at $250/month and scales the same way. Fleets over 100 vehicles get a custom program.
Do I have to keep the membership after the assessment?
No. The assessment is a standalone deliverable you keep. Most clients continue with membership so the database, budget, and inspections stay current — but it's your call.
Is procurement really included in the membership?
Yes. Sourcing and coordinating your vehicle purchases and equipment builds is part of your membership — we work alongside your current suppliers, or supply equipment directly at competitive pricing. You only pay for the equipment itself; the sourcing, spec'ing, and coordination is included.
How does buying and building your vehicles work?
We handle the whole purchasing and upfit process so you don't have to. We go direct with the upfitter of your choice — or one we recommend — and coordinate the build with them directly, so you're not chasing vendors. We work with dealers to get the best price on the vehicles themselves, help you design and spec exactly the vehicle you want to build, and gather multiple quotes to make sure you're getting the best price. We'll even write the proposals for you. You make the decisions — we do the legwork.
