Cancellation policy

This policy applies to subscription and recurring purchases, including the Fleet Builder Solutions membership.

 

Billing

Subscription purchases renew automatically at the interval selected at checkout (for example, monthly), using your payment method on file, until cancelled.

 

How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time by managing your subscription from your customer account, or by contacting us at bryan@fleetbuildersolutions.com. Please allow up to 2 business days for emailed cancellation requests to be processed.

 

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to membership benefits through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged for any subsequent period.

 

Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

 

Changes

We may change subscription pricing or benefits with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
